Project Brief:

At Lagos Free Zone Company, we are embarking on various construction projects within the Lagos Free Zone located at Itoke Village, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State (the “Zone”). The proposed developments encompass a wide range of activities including construction of Residential, Commercial and Industrial buildings, supply and erection of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB), supply and installation of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works, HVAC works, Lift supply and installation, Land clearing and Reclamation works, soil investigation works, roads and drain construction and all other general contracts required for the development of the Zone. We invite reputable and experienced contractors specializing in these areas to participate in our pre-qualification exercise.

Eligibility for Pre-Qualification:
  • • Contractors should have a minimum of 10 years of experience and presence in the Country.
  • • Contractors must have a proven track record of consistently working with proper and stringent Safety and Quality standards without any compromises.
  • • Contractors must provide tangible evidence of experience with similar jobs, showcasing their capabilities and expertise in the field.
  • • Contractors must possess the necessary technical expertise and qualifications relevant to the scope of work, including certifications and accreditations from recognized industry bodies.

The documents stated in clause 10 of the Contractor Pre-Qualification form shall be submitted along with your application forms.

Completion of Registration

Once the documents are reviewed by LFZC and found satisfactory, the pre-qualified contractors will be contacted for further processes when the need arises. Contractors who do not meet the qualification criteria will be informed of their disqualification, along with the reasons for such a decision.

LFZC may, in its absolute discretion but without being under any obligation to do so, update, amend, or supplement the information, assessment or assumptions contained on the website or in the IFPQ.
The applicant shall bear all its costs associated with or relating to the preparation and submission of its application. LFZC shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the same, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the application or the bidding process.
